一、管槽开挖

PE管的管槽宜直线开挖，沟底开挖宽度为DN0.30m。管道地下连接时，接口处的槽底宽度应适当增加，管道的槽底宽度不应小于DN0.50m，以便安装和对接。

管道顶部的覆盖深度应满足以下要求：

(1) 埋在巷道下，不应小于0.80米。

(2) 埋在人行道下，不应小于0.60米。

当穿越巷道达不到设计深度时，应铺设钢套管进行保护。

管道沟槽需要转弯时，转弯角度不宜过大，弯曲半径应符合以下要求：PE管路的允许弯曲半径为D/10000至D/500；D>160mm, D/500至D/250；D>250mm, D/250至D/75；D>750mm, D/75及以上。如有起伏，但需支撑平稳，如有凿痕需回填夯实。
