可使用内六角螺栓直接安装。

可使用贯穿螺栓・螺纹拧入的两种.install方式。

在超级紧凑型气缸SSD系列上装备了导杆。耐横向负荷性能、防回转性能提高。

超级紧凑型气缀SD系列装备了便于使用的端板。解决了设计・装配困扰。

与超级紧凑型气制SD系列在install间距上具有兼容性，可顺畅替换。

【4面均有gas切换槽】（Φ25～Φ100）

与配管口同一面也可以install gas切换器。提升能见度和维护易度。

CKD Tight-Fit Double-Acting Cylinder Usage Notes:

Before use, please check the load and the tightness of the cylinder's installation parts for any looseness or abnormalities.

Do not use until you have confirmed that all components are functioning normally after installation, repair or modification. Connect compressed air and power only after verifying proper installation.

Confirm there is no interference from other machines and that the operating system is functioning correctly.

Ensure pressure devices are operating properly before setting them up slowly.

After connecting pipes to supply compressed air, ensure there are no leaks in all pipe connections.

• Apply leak detection fluid to pipe connection areas with a brush and check for leaks.

Please read the instruction manual carefully before using this product.

Maintenance:

When disassembling and reassembling cylinders for inspection or repair, clean all parts thoroughly to prevent damage to seals; pay attention to installing dynamic seals in their correct direction.

Regularly inspect cylinders during operation for signs of malfunction or wear on moving parts; lubricate regularly if equipped with axial bearings.

If a cylinder will be idle for an extended period after disassembly, apply rust prevention oil to all processing surfaces; block off intake/exhaust ports against dust/dirt accumulation.

4.Clean all removed parts thoroughly when reassembling cylinders after maintenance/repair work; avoid damaging seal rings by cutting/squishing them while ensuring dynamic seal ring orientation is correct upon assembly.

5.Establish regular monthly/quarter/yearly maintenance schedules based on your specific needs (e.g., follow guidelines provided in valve maintenance management).
